Refunds & Exchanges


Due to the nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted once they have left our store, but we want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so if you are not happy, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at  info@kendrickhomestead.com

We offer replacements only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged product delivered (If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance).

To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, pictures of the item in the box it was shipped in and your Route Insurance Policy Number.

We do not offer refunds because you don't like the scent or are allergic to an ingredient. We have a full ingredient listing for every product, please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering.

Cancellations

No cancellations accepted. All products are made by hand and made to order. We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the customer.
